This website is owned and operated by Natasha Attard, author of educational materials. We specialize in creating original ELA resources and print books for classroom use.

2. Product Orders

All orders placed through this website are processed and fulfilled by the seller. Physical books are printed and shipped by Amazon on our behalf, using their U.S. fulfillment network.

Please note:

  • Orders are final once placed
  • Minimum order quantities may apply to bulk purchases
  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed

3. Shipping & Delivery

We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.

Books are fulfilled through Amazon’s printing network and are usually delivered within 7–14 business days of purchase. We are not responsible for shipping delays outside our control.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement copy at no additional cost. You may be asked to provide a photo of the damage.

We do not require returns for damaged items.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of bulk printing and fulfillment through third parties, we do not offer returns or refunds on orders unless:

  • The item was defective or damaged on arrival
  • A shipment was never received

Please contact us promptly for resolution.

6. Payments

We accept payments through Stripe and PayPal for secure checkout. All transactions are processed in USD.
